Buffalo Lodge - Keystone

Located in Keystone's River Run Village, this project involves a full traction modernization for a ski condo building. Our scope includes replacing machines, door operators, and fixtures, and upgrading to Motion 4000 non-proprietary controls. Due to limited space, rigging the new machines required advanced technical execution. The need for this project was driven by obsolete OTIS 311 controllers, including one unit that was beyond repair. The modernization is ongoing, but the first car passing inspection will restore garage access for the HOA. Once complete, the upgrades will improve reliability and ensure 25–30 more years of service, with easier maintenance through non-proprietary parts.
