Pinecone Lodge - Edwards

This hydraulic modernization project took place in Arrowhead Village at Pinecone Lodge. The scope included replacing the tank, controllers, two door operators, cab interior, flooring, cladding, and fixtures. A tight pre-Thanksgiving deadline and a blizzard on test day added pressure, but we adapted quickly—flying in an engineer from Texas to resolve a rare issue. The elevator was turned over just in time, the day before the holiday. The result was a successful modernization and a satisfied client, with obsolete OTIS components replaced by a new Smartrise controller, ensuring improved reliability and long-term functionality.
