Village Square - Copper

At Copper Mountain’s Village Square condos, we completed a full traction modernization, replacing machines, controllers, door operators, and fixtures. The system was upgraded to Alpha Controls (non-proprietary), GAL door equipment, and Innovation fixtures. One of the key challenges was executing the work during spring break when there were no operating elevators. Despite the tight timeline and visibility of the project, we delivered reliable new equipment that will serve the building for over 40 more years. This modernization eliminated frequent shutdowns from the original 1980s-era system, significantly improving performance and resident satisfaction.
